Do we need bedding and towels? 

No, we provide both

Can we bring other friends/family to site who aren’t actually staying? 

No, due to the small size of our site we unfortunately can’t allow more people than those who have booked. 

do you provide fire wood? 

Fire packs consisting of a net bag of logs and fire lighter can be purchased from us for £8 per pack. 

can we bring our dog? 

Unfortunately not, due to our horses and the risk of damage in the wagons we do not allow dogs. 

Can we check in earlier or later than the time stated? 

Please contact us to find out, if we can we will. 

Can we feed the horses? 

We don’t allow people to feed the horses due to the risk of them biting, as they are show horses we don’t want to encourage that behaviour. Also there’s a risk of choking or poisoning if the wrong food is given. 

Is there a shop near by? 

Town is a 15 minute drive away where you have various shops and supermarkets 

If we don’t want to cook where can we eat out? 

The local pub is a 5 minute walk into the centre of the village. 

Which wagon has the biggest bed? 

The bowtop is the smallest bed, followed by the prize fighter and the biggest is in the showman’s wagon. 

Can we light candles in the wagons? 

Strictly no naked flames in the wagons due to the high risk of them setting fire. 

Where can we charge our phones? 

Each wagon has a solar power set up with usb plug, bring your charging lead and you will be fine. 

Do you offer any activity’s? 

We offer carriage driving experiences and trips out for an extra. £140 for an hours session. These trips must be booked in advance due to our other work commitments and availability.
